This is a win ad Harley-Davidson ran celebrating its rider Randy Goss winning the 1983 AMA Grand National Championship. It marked the second national title for Goss, who’d won in 1980 as well. During his career Goss won a total of 16 AMA Grand Nationals and was a Harley-Davidson factory rider for five years. He was often called “Mr. Consistency” for his methodical approach to winning championships. After his motorcycle racing career Randy Goss moved on to become a crew chief in NASCAR.
